The Symetrix team (especially Adam and Ross) did a great installation job at our home. They worked quick and neatly. They showed up on time and communicated well. Also the office staff who handled our quote that needed some amendments, advised us well and was flexibel. I would recommend this company to others. Adam is fantastic. Could not ask for a better person who is handling customer service. I wish the accounting department has the same attitude and approach in dealing with clients. Adam's positive solution and his understanding for clients' needs and his great listening skills to client's matters have helped turn around a long term, however very upset, client like myself to a satisfied client on this matter. I indeed thinking of finding my new provider but I changed my mind thanks to Adam's and Nic's response and service. Just a note to share with you, Adam, around 25 years ago I came across a business book with a line I remember : " Rule number 1: Customer is always right, and if customer is wrong, please read rule number 1 again" LOL I deal with 300 clients daily with all issues and complaints and yes I do have to read rule 1 again all the time to not lose it every day : )) have a great evening Adam and Nic.
