Live Information via the Symetrix iSecure application can include a single, or a combination of services, such as automated or call centre alarm system monitoring, CCTV system virtual guard monitoring, and GPS tracking of company assets.
More than one user name and password can be issued, allowing various levels of access to site information for business employees on an need to know basis, or alternatively a single username and password can be issued allowing a single user to view monitoring information for multiple sites.
Monitoring services include all alarm monitoring services, virtual guard CCTV monitoring, as well as GPS asset tracking.
If you currently have one or more of these services, you can request a username and password to access the customer portal by contacting Symetrix Data and Security during business hours on 1300 097 727, or alternatively, by sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Once we have confirmed your details (usually by asking a few questions) to verify that you are the owner of the monitored premises, we can usually activate your account immediately.
Simply install the Symetrix iSecure Application from the Apple iTunes app store.
The first time you use the Symetrix iSecure application, the system will ask you for your username and password.
Once you have logged in to the Symetrix iSecure Application, the application will then obtain a list of sites and security systems that you currently have access to, as well as information relevant to the types of monitoring services that are currently in use at your premises.
