Digiplex, Digiplex NE and Digiplex EVO systems provide the highest level of protection for banks, high-security military and government sites, luxurious residential homes and any place where maximum security is essential. Arming the Panel
To Arm your system,
1) Enter a valid user code.
2) Press the [ARM] button.
Note : If the system has been partitioned the system will prompt you for the areas you wish to Arm.
Press the corresponding Area number(s) you wish to Arm, or press [0] to Arm All Areas.
3) The ARMED LED / LCD Segment will now Illuminate, and the Exit delay will commence.
4) The keypad will beep once every second during the exit delay time.
5) If the keypad emits a long beep, the user code was rejected.

Disarming the Panel
To Disarm your system,
1) Enter a valid user code.
2) Press the [DISARM] button.
Note : If the system has been partitioned and your code has access to two or more areas
Press the corresponding Area number(s) you wish to Disarm, or press [0] to Disarm All Areas.
3) The keypad will beep 5 times when the panel is disarmed.
4) If the keypad emits a long beep, the user code was rejected.

Bypassing (Switching Off) Zones on Arming
Manual Bypass Programming allows you to program the alarm system to ignore (deactivate) specified zones the next time the system is armed.
For example, you may wish to bypass certain zones when workers are renovating part of your establishment.
Please note that a Fire Zone cannot be bypassed.
1) Enter your access code.
2) Press the [BYP] Button.
3) Select the Zones that you wish to bypass by pressing the corresponding zone number buttons.
4) Press the [BYP] button to bypass the selected zone.
5) Repeat steps 3 and 4 to bypass any further zones.
6) Press the [ENTER] button to Save the Bypassed zone entries.
Top Force Arming the alarm Force arming allows you to rapidly arm the system without waiting for all zones in the system to close.
During Force arming, a Force zone is considered (deactivated) until it closes, after which the system will arm that zone.
Force arming is commonly used when a motion detector is protecting the area occupied by a keypad.
For example, when arming the system from within a Force zone, the system will allow you to arm even if the zone is open, and the system will arm the zone once it closes.
To Force Arm your system,
1) Enter a valid user code.
2) Press the [FORCE] button.
Note : If the system has been partitioned the system will prompt you for the areas you wish to Force Arm.
Press the corresponding Area number(s) you wish to Force Arm, or press [0] to Arm All Areas.
3) The ARMED LED / LCD Segment will now Illuminate, and the Exit delay will commence.
4) The keypad will beep once every second during the exit delay time.
5) If the keypad emits a long beep, the user code was rejected.

Home (Stay) Arming the alarm
This method allows you to remain in the protected area while partially arming the system.
Stay zones are zones that are bypassed when Stay arming.
For example, when you go to sleep at night, doors and windows can be armed without arming other zones like motion detectors.
To Stay Arm your system,
1) Enter a valid user code.
2) Press the [STAY] button.
Note : If the system has been partitioned the system will prompt you for the areas you wish to Arm.
Press the corresponding Area number(s) you wish to Arm, or press [0] to Arm All Areas.
3) The STAY LED / LCD Segment will now Illuminate, and the Exit delay will commence.
4) The keypad will beep once every second during the exit delay time.
5) If the keypad emits a long beep, the user code was rejected.

Viewing the Alarm Memory
If a zone has been triggered whilst the alarm system is in its Armed state,
the LCD will display the message ALARMS IN MEMORY, indicating that the alarm has been triggered.
To display the zones have been triggered,
1) Press the [MEM] Button
2) the zones that have been triggered will be displayed on the keypad.
3) Press the [CLEAR] button to clear the alarm memory.

Viewing User Codes
To View user access codes, you will first require the Master code.
1) Enter the master code. (Default code is 123456)
2) Press the [0] button.
3) Press the [ACC] button.
4) Enter the User Number you wish to View (01 = Master, 02 = User 02) OR
Use the [UP] and [DOWN] arrow buttons to scroll through a list of users entered in the system.
5) Press the [ENTER] button to select the required user.
6) The User Code (PIN) will now be displayed.
7) Press the [CLEAR] button to exit viewing the selected user code.
8) You can now view / change further user codes, or press [CLEAR] to exit this mode.

Changing User Codes
To change user access codes, you will first require the Master code.
1) Enter the master code. (Default code is 123456)
2) Press the [0] button.
3) Press the [ACC] button.
4) Enter the User Number you wish to View (01 = Master, 02 = User 02) OR
Use the [UP] and [DOWN] arrow buttons to scroll through a list of users entered in the system.
5) Press the [ENTER] button to select the required user.
6) The User Code (PIN) will now be displayed.
7) Enter the new code for the user selected (The code should be 4 digits long.
If the user code is not being changed, you can skip to the user options menu by pressing the [UP] button.
8) Once completed, the keypad should beep 5 times, and the User Options Menu will be displayed.
9) User Options can be enabled or disabled by pressing the corresponding user options numbers,
[1] OFF = Master Features Disabled
[1] ON, [2] OFF = User can only modify user access codes.
[1] ON, [2] ON = User has full Master Rights.
[3] ON = User can activate Duress Alarms.
[4] ON = User can Bypass Zones.
[5] ON = User can Only Arm the System.
[6] ON = User can Stay and Instant Arm the System.
[7] ON = User can Force Arm the System.
[8] ON = User can Access any partition in the system.
10) Press the [UP] Button to continue.
11) The System will now prompt you to assign areas for the selected user.
12) Assign Areas by pressing the corresponding area number on the keypad.
13) Once finished, press the [ENTER] button to save changes made to the system user.

Enabling Chime Zones
This feature allows you to program which zones will be Chime enabled.
A Chime-enabled zone will advise you every time it is opened by causing your keypad to emit a rapid intermittent beep tone (BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-BEEP).
1) Enter a valid user code.
2) Press the [9] button.
3) Press the [1] button.
4) Select the Chime Zones that you wish to enable by pressing the corresponding zone number buttons.
5) Press the [ACC] button to enable the chime for the selected zone.
6) Repeat steps 4 and 5 to bypass any further zones.
7) Press the [ENTER] button to Save the Chime Zone entries.

Alarm Trouble Codes
If a system fault has been detected, the [LCD will display TROUBLE(S) PRESS TRBL TO VIEW.
To display trouble codes, press the [TRBL] button.
Select the trouble group you wish to view.

Setting the time
If the alarm panel has lost power, it may require the system time and date to be set.
1) Enter your Master Code for the system.
2) Press the [8] button.
3) Enter the current Hour tens digit (Eg for 21:30, enter [2]),
4) Enter the current Hour ones digit (Eg for 21:30, enter [1]),
5) Enter the current Minute tens digit (Eg for 21:30, enter [3]),
6) Enter the current Minute ones digit (Eg for 21:30, enter [0]),
7) Enter the current Year tens digit (Eg for 26/Jul/2009, enter [0]),
8) Enter the current Year ones digit (Eg for 26/Jul/2009, enter [9]),
9) Enter the current Month tens digit (Eg for 26/Jul/2009, enter [0]),
10) Enter the current Month ones digit (Eg for 26/Jul/2009, enter [7]),
11) Enter the current Day tens digit (Eg for 26/Jul/2009, enter [2]),
12) Enter the current Day ones digit (Eg for 26/Jul/2009, enter [6]),
13) Press the [ENTER] button to save changes made to the date and time.

Testing the System
Send a Test Report 1) Press the [ENTER] button.
2) Enter your Master code for the system.
3) Press the [MEM] Button to activate a test report.
4) A test report will be sent to the monitoring station.
Call Winload Software 1) Press the [ENTER] button.
2) Enter your Master code for the system.
3) Press the [BYP] Button to call the defined phone number for winload software.
Answer Winload Software 1) Press the [ENTER] button.
2) Enter your Master code for the system.
3) Press the [FORCE] Button to answer a winload software call.
